Lucas is staying in the caravan tonight. Pappy will be in the Swag outside. We have lots of toys bike and scooter. But unfortunately the weather is so wet

On board .

Each night the towels would be presented on the bed in different shapes such as heart, monkey, swan, bear.... It was very clever. We had a great time. All sorts of activities such as rock climbing...... Not me... Flow rider surfing.... Not me... Games of trivia, calligraphy classes, talks and auction of art works, spa.... Massage yes please... Gym, water aerobics which I found very tricky with the swell and movement on the water in the pool due to the swell in the ocean, and so on....music and bands playing in bars. There were 4000 passengers which included 1200 kids under 18. 1250 crew from 57 different countries and boy they work such long hours. 14 decals. We were on the 6th deck towards the rear. A good sized cabin with good balcony. Room cleaned each day and then done again in the evening during dinner time. Very nice!!!! Would be happy to do another cruise perhaps with some company...any takers????

Home from cruise

Arrived Circular Quay at 0600 today. So brekkie early for our last fill of smoked salmon!,, then ferry to Manly and taxi to caravan at Narrabeen... Really really enjoyed the cruise, ten days perfect and now good to be " home" in our little home on wheels... Just waiting now for Emily and Lucas to arrive...oh and of course Jo... Lucas very proud as he is now 5..,,

Home for ten days

Gosh I am excited. This is fantastic. Fabulous view of Sydney harbour and buildings. The ship is truly amazing and our room with balcony really comfortable. Off air now till return.

Wet Sydney

After a week of beach weather, rain started last night and hadn't stopped. Bit of a bother for those in tents but not for us. I have spent the morning packing for the cruise leaving tomorrow. We will be going through Sydney heads at 1930. Fab. Had a lovely time with the little ones on Friday. Playing dollies with Emily and Lego with Lucas. Amazing how Emily is such a mother to the dolls. Lucas careful not to do tooo much bike riding as the circles near his doodle get sore.......his balls...

Jo in Perth for the weekend to see her  pals.

Cruise leaves tomorrow and returns Jan 22, so will be off air for the duration. Plenty to do .....or not on the ship. Rock climbing, ice skating, wave surfing, mini golf and shows in the evening.... Or just enjoy the ocean from our balcony.... massive ship ..3500 passengers and 1500 staff....ready to go. Love Pen

Baby and Lego

Jo off to Perth for the weekend so we are having fun with Lucas and Emily. Lucas busy with Lego and Emily and I are playing with dolls.  All dolls called baby. Baby has a poo nappy. Now hungry. It is such fun

Movie

Just been to see the Imitation Game..... Excellent movie.

Enjoying a cooler day today, after some lovely not too warm days. Got the kayak out and have had a good paddle along the lake here. Dinner with Sal Burridge on Sat night. Will see the family tomorrow. Dinner wed night with Sheryl and a Rob Taylor. This time next week we will be boarding our ship for the Pacific cruise!!!!

Can anyone recommend a decent book?
