Dinner last night

Reece cooked a magnificent whole coral trout on the bbq last night which we shared with Paul and Kay Foster. It was stuffed with lime spring onion red and yellow capsicum parsley ginger and coriander and a lemony butter over the cooked fish. Complemented with a very special salad made by Kay and some rice and Moet. A feast.
