Woolsthorpe, Victoria

We had a great time with Liz and Graeme Glasgow on their farm called Claremont. The farm is inland from pretty Port Fairy. Graeme breeds Angus and in the midst of calving so it was lucky to see all the cute babies. Also lambing and we did enjoy the home grown roast lamb for dinner. There is an enormous wind farm nearby with more than 120 turbines.
Now a couple of days st Halls Gap in the Grampians. Nice rugged hills. Emus kangaroos and many ducks wander about the caravan park. Cool at night. I love having my window open and enjoy the cold air on my face. There is a big red bus here. It is a mobile dialysis unit. So some people are able to have a holiday who would otherwise be unable to leave home and have a break.
Had a good time with Vance and Annie. They are hoping for a quick sale of the house so they can start renovations on the new one. Annie's mother Merle will move with them. The Vic government will erect a pre fab stand alone granny flat in the back yard. They will remove it when no longer required. Sounds like a good idea. Does WA do the same.
Tomorrow we will head north through Horsham then down to Mt Gambier and Robe.
The deciduous trees are looking pretty with their Autumn leaves.
So happy to hear Sarah and Dave are engaged. Jo and Richard 8 year wedding anniversary.
 Love to you all
