Waiting Brisbane

Hi All, now waiting at Brisbane airport to commence the journey to Roma!!!!!
We had a nice time catching up with Pam and Ray in Kyogle, however , as usual we had rain rain rain. In fact we had more than 6 Inches form Friday to Sunday . Incredible. S very difficult to keep the van clean as we were on the lawn and it was waterlogged and sticky. SoI have left Pam with a pile of disgusting wet towels to wash. It is very pretty area, quite hilly, many creeks and rivers, and of course green and lush. They have a 2 Acre block with a smallish but very comfy house.with lovely from verandah that overlooks the creek.
Ray drove us to the airport just over 3 hours and so we are here very very early but he was going straight back so a long drive and we are very grateful to him for getting us here. Fantastic new airport.
So is will say goodbye to you all. Now and be I touch when we are at the village of Paciano. Thank you to all those who have sent farewell messages.
