Ankle

Oh boy, after hobbling around with pain in my lower calf are I have been to the physio. Seems I have Achilles tendonitis , I could have a small tear. So I am now in fashion with my ankle strapped and some ultrasound and back into my hiking boots or joggers ...and rest... So frustrating.

Had a lovely time with Vance and Annie last night. Spag bog at their place and lots of chat. Today into Mornington to see the shop Zen Living that Annie has in the Main Street. It sells all sorts of homewares, ornaments, Xmas decos, bits and pieces. All gorgeous. She really does have a good flair. Sophie, Vances daughter, has been working and managing the shop with Annie, but it seems she will be leaving soon. She wants to be back in Melbourne. Vances birthday tomorrow so we will have roast dinner with them and then on Wed will have a long lunch at one of the wineries.
Caravan park is right near the beach and just down the road from Cance, so it is very convenient. Balnarring is a small village but has most of what you need. A big IGA, nice butcher shop, baker, pub, hardware med centre dentis and physio. Mornington is 25km away and everything there. Car will be serviced at Toyota on Thurs.. So it is really nice for Vance and Reece to have some time together, and for us to see some more of Sophie. She is very lovely.
